PCC Privacy Policy

The PCC of the Palladian Church complies with its obligations under the UK GDPR by keeping personal data that it holds up to date; by storing and destroying it securely; by not collecting or retaining excessive amounts of data; and by ensuring that appropriate technical measures are in place to protect it.

The PCC of the Palladian Church will hold the personal data that it collects for the following purposes:

• To administer the records of the membership of the PCC and the church Electoral Roll;
• To fundraise and promote the interests of the Palladian Church;
• To manage its volunteers;
• To maintain its own accounts and records (including the processing of Gift Aid applications as applicable);
• To inform its contacts of services, news, events and activities at the Palladian Church; and
• To provide pastoral care.

This Privacy Policy supplements any other policies and notices and is not intended to override them.

We do not knowingly collect data relating to children.
